The programme is offered to people who want to obtain the skills and knowledge required to perform basic office administration tasks. This includes delivering a service to customers, maintaining a reception area, communicating ideas and information in an office environment, processing customer feedback, demonstrating advanced word processing skills, organising courier and bulk mailing arrangements, accessing and securing records, managing a diary, receiving and passing on messages, maintaining office equipment, responding to inquiries, completing routine financial documents, maintaining office records on a database programme; and demonstrate knowledge of HIV and AIDS in the workplace.
